做法
01鴕鳥柳解解凍,洗淨,切片,下醃料拌匀待半小時。
02青豆角去掉頭尾,切短度,洗凈。
03燒熱鑊下油1湯匙,下青豆角、鹽及水2湯匙炒片刻,把青豆角推往鑊邊。原鑊下油1湯匙,下蒜肉炒香·加入鴕鳥柳炒匀,灒酒,拌入全部材料炒匀約1分鐘。

300g green string beans
3 cloves garlic
2 tsps Shaoxing wine

Marinade
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
Method
01 Thaw the ostrich. Rinse and slice it. Add marinade and stir well.Leave it for 30 minutes.
02 Cut off both ends from the string beans. Cut into short lengths.Rinse.
03 Heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add green string beans, salt and 2 tbsps of water. Stir for a while. Shove the green string beans to one side of the wok. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the same wok. Stir fry garlic until fragrant. Put in the ostrich and stir well. Sprinkle wine. Mix the green string beans with the ostrich. Stir fry for 1 minute and serve.
