做法
01帆立貝解凍,洗淨,瀝乾水分。
02雞髀菇洗凈,切薄片。
03燒熱下油1漏匙下蒜肉炒香,加入帆立貝,灒酒,炒匀,加入雞髀菇及調味料炒片刻,最後下献汁煮滚即成。

01 Thaw the scallops. Rinse and drain well.
02 Rinse the king oyster mushrooms and slice thinly.
03 Heat a wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Stir fry the garlic until fragrant. Add scallops and sprinkle Shaoxing wine. Stir well.Put in the king oyster mushrooms and seasoning. Stir further.Lastly pour in the thickening glaze and bring to the boil serve.
